Terms & Conditions

  • The prices are based on passengers, at the booking time, being ready to travel
  •  Our office will monitor your flight, therefore there is no additional charge for flight delays. However delays in excess of 30 mins after the flight has landed will be subject to an additional charge of 10 EUR per 15 mins.
  • All prices quoted are for point to point journeys and any diversions and/or stops will be charged to the fare.
  • We request that all airport transfers, special request bookings and bookings made during the holiday season will need to be paid for in total and in advance by credit card.
  • The saloon/estate cars we operate are insured for hire and reward for max. of 4 people. MPVs (Many people carrier) are insured for a max. of 8 people.
  • Shannon Airport Taxis reserve the right to refuse any passenger our travel services if we deem that the passenger has excess luggage which would result in the vehicle being unsafe to operate on the road.
  • Passengers are responsible to load and unload their luggage/personal belongings and we will not accept liability for loss or damage to any of these items.
  • We reserve the right to adjust prices due adverse weather conditions.

During the festive season which is– 22nd December – 1st January prices may vary and are subject to change within theses dates.

Booking Transfers cancellations:

  • Payment, in full, can be made in advance.
  • We require that all payments are paid in full and cleared. The payment(s) should be completed before the transfer so as to secure the booking. We accept payment either credit/debit card or bank transfer.
  • Please contact us directly if you need to cancel a booking after a payment has been made. Please inform us directly. The following are the cancellation fee charges that will be applied:
    • Within 7 days – 15 %
    • Within 48 hours – 40%
    • Within 12 hours – 80%
    • Within 4 hours – no refund.
  • Failure of a customer(s) to arrive at the airport at the date and time agreed, as a result of giving incorrect information, will not receive a refund. Shannon Airport Taxis strongly advise all passengers to please supply correct arrival details. Please note that some flights can travel overnight and therefore arrive on a different date to departure date.
